MediaCAT’s “money back” Happiness Guarantee

We back up our statement with a simple Happiness Guarantee. If you are unhappy with the outcome of a paid Sync or Translate MediaCAT session, and have found a better alternative outcome from a competing AI company, simply provide us with the details of that alternative outcome (so we can learn from it), and we will either refund your expenditure, or give you 125% credit of that expenditure towards your next MediaCAT session. Plain and simple.

Guidelines for MediaCAT’s “money back” Happiness Guarantee

1) Please make your request in writing to within 14 days after your paid session.  

2) Please explain the reason for your dissatisfaction, and help make our product better by providing us with details of either: 

  • a superior AI alternative solution you have found. This feedback should include a side by side or line by line comparison of the results with your comments as to why the other result was better. 


  • a side by side or line by line comparison to human created results in which our AI results are less than 70% accurate as compared to that specific section of text.

3) Once the credit is approved and processed, you may expect your refund to your original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days.  

4) Alternatively, if you’d like to give us another chance, in lieu of a refund to your credit card, we would be happy to provide you with an online credit of 125% of your previously purchased session towards your next MediaCAT session.

5) Limitations: 

  • XL8’s Happiness Guarantee covers both our Sync and Translate features in MediaCAT, and are limited to a reasonable amount of requests provided that all comparison details as requested above have been provided.  XL8, at its sole discretion, may determine abuse of this Happiness Guarantee and will advise the customer in advance of their next project that the Happiness Guarantee may not be offered.
